3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings must be made via our official booking system or by contacting us directly.
A deposit may be required to secure your session or event date.
Full payment is typically due before the start of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur additional fees.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account with us (e.g., for booking or newsletter purposes), you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Any original works created by clients during studio sessions are considered the intellectual property of the client. BYMP may request permission to use audio or video clips for promotional purposes but will never do so without express written consent via a release form. We reserve the right to archive and store recorded sessions for backup and quality assurance purposes for a limited time.
