1. General Conduct

  • All clients, guests, and collaborators must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

  • Disrespect, abusive language, threats, or physical altercations will result in immediate removal and potential permanent ban.

  • BYMP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

2. Noise and Cell Phone Policy

  • External noise must be minimized at all times to preserve studio acoustics.

  • Turning off car stereos, alarms, and external speakers when entering the property.

  • Disabling cell phone ringers or switching to airplane mode while inside the studio.

  • Phone calls may only be taken in designated waiting or lounge areas—never during live recording (“Hot”) sessions.

3. Guest Policy

  • Each artist or group is allowed ONE non-recording guest.

  • Guests must remain in the lounge or designated waiting area and are not permitted inside the control room or tracking room during live recording sessions unless given explicit permission.

  • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and liable for any damage caused.

4. Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Policy

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Use or possession of any illegal drugs or controlled substances.

  • Consumption of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol during a session.

  • Smoking, vaping, or open flames anywhere inside the facility.

  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 penalty fee and possible termination of the session or agreement.

5. Facility Cleanliness and Respect

  • Clean up after yourself. BYMP is a creative space and shared environment. Dispose of all trash, food, and beverages responsibly.

  • Do not move, unplug, or tamper with any equipment or cables without permission.

  • Any spills or damages must be reported immediately. You may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

6. Food and Drink

  • Water bottles are allowed in the studio, but no food or open beverages are permitted near equipment.

  • Food may be consumed in the lounge or designated break areas only.

7. Equipment & Intellectual Property Protection

  • No client, guest, or third-party contractor is allowed to operate BYMP equipment unless under direct supervision of the studio engineer or staff.

  • Tampering with, mishandling, or unauthorized recording or duplication of session content will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

  • All media, stems, and files remain the property of BYMP until the final invoice is paid in full, per contract terms.

8. Time Management & Punctuality

  • Studio time begins promptly at the scheduled session start. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and avoid losing paid time.

  • Sessions that begin late due to the client’s delay will not be extended without additional payment and availability.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, your session may be forfeited, and cancellation terms will apply (25% penalty).

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee, per contract.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per session if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

10. Liability & Damages

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property due to negligence or misconduct.

  • BYMP is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Leave valuables in your vehicle or at home.

  • Any malicious or intentional damage may result in termination of services and legal prosecution.

11. Confidentiality and Recording Privacy

  • BYMP respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. No photos, videos, or recordings are to be taken during sessions without prior consent from all parties involved.

  • BYMP reserves the right to document select moments of the session for promotional use only with the artist’s written permission per the Studio Recording Agreement.

12. Health & Safety Compliance
