This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services offered by Beyond Your Means Productions LLC ("BYMP LLC", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to studio recording, vocal training, event coordination, audio/visual services, and mixing & mastering. This Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both the client ("Client", "you", or "your") and our company.

We encourage you to read this policy thoroughly. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to BYMP LLC are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement or required by law. We value your time and ours. Therefore, we offer clear guidelines below for cancellations, rescheduling, and exceptional refund cases.

2. Deposits and Booking Fees

All services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and begin preparation.
Deposit amounts vary by service type and are applied toward the total balance.
Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellation Windows

Late cancellations (made after the cancellation window) will result in forfeiture of all fees paid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointments once without penalty if notice is provided within the cancellation window.
Rescheduling must be done via email or phone during business hours.
Additional reschedule requests may incur a $25 administrative fee or may require a new deposit depending on availability and scope.

6. No-Shows

A client who does not show up within 15 minutes of a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows automatically forfeit all payments made and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Some services may be governed by their own contracts (e.g., event coordination, music publishing, or audio production agreements). In such cases, the specific terms outlined in those documents will supersede this general policy in cases of conflict.

8. Client-Initiated Project Termination

If a client cancels an ongoing project (e.g., multi-session vocal training, event planning, album production), BYMP LLC will invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any materials, concepts, or drafts remain the property of BYMP LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. BYMP LLC-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

Illness or emergencies
Technical issues
Inclement weather (for events)
Other unavoidable circumstances

In such cases:

Clients will be notified immediately.
A full refund or reschedule will be offered.
BYMP LLC will not be held liable for any incidental costs or damages due to cancellation (e.g., travel, third-party vendor costs, etc.).

10. Digital Goods and Deliverables

All digital goods (e.g., mixed tracks, mastered files, promo videos, digital designs) are non-refundable once delivered.

If the Client is dissatisfied due to technical quality issues, BYMP LLC may, at its discretion, offer one complimentary revision.
Additional revisions or disputes must be communicated in writing within 7 days of delivery.
