This Media Release Policy ("Policy") outlines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use, distribution, and publication of photographic, video, and audio recordings (collectively referred to as “Media”) captured or produced by

Beyond Your Means Productions LLC

(“BYMP LLC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) involving clients, artists, participants, or individuals (“You” or “Participant”).

We encourage you to read this policy thoroughly. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices outlined below.

1. Consent to Use Media

By participating in any event, session, or production coordinated, recorded, or produced by BYMP LLC, you grant us the irrevocable right and permission to:

  • Capture, record, photograph, film, and/or otherwise create Media featuring your image, likeness, voice, name, performance, and/or statements.

  • Use the Media for commercial, educational, artistic, promotional, and archival purposes in any format, including but not limited to websites, social media, music videos, advertisements, press materials, podcasts, radio, TV broadcasts, and streaming platforms.

2. Scope of Use

You understand and agree that:

  • The Media may be edited, copied, altered, or combined with other content.

  • The Media may be used in perpetuity without compensation unless otherwise stipulated in a written agreement.

  • BYMP LLC may authorize third parties (e.g., partners, sponsors, distributors) to use or license the Media under the same terms.

  • You waive the right to inspect or approve the final products or media usage.

3. Ownership and Rights

  • All Media captured by BYMP LLC or under its direction is the sole property of BYMP LLC unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing or usage agreement.

  • You waive any claim to royalties, residuals, or other forms of payment for the use of Media unless agreed in writing prior to production.

  • Media created during collaborations or paid productions may be subject to joint usage agreements or publishing contracts as outlined in separate documentation.

4. Group & Event Participation

By attending events hosted or captured by BYMP LLC (e.g., live shows, recording sessions, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, or workshops), you acknowledge that Media may be captured and released publicly. It is your responsibility to inform our team in writing in advance if you do not consent to being recorded or photographed.

5. Minors

If the Participant is under 18 years of age:

  • A parent or legal guardian must sign a Minor Media Release Form prior to any recording or participation.

  • BYMP LLC reserves the right to withhold use of content involving minors until proper consent is obtained.

6. Opt-Out and Revocation of Consent

You may revoke this Media Release only in writing and only for future uses not yet published or distributed. The revocation will not apply to:

  • Content already published, printed, streamed, or distributed.

  • Archived or backup materials stored for legal, editorial, or production purposes.

7. Social Media Tagging and Credit

Where feasible and appropriate, BYMP LLC may tag or credit participants in published Media. However:

  • This is not guaranteed and may depend on platform restrictions, editorial direction, or contractual limitations.

  • You may not falsely represent BYMP LLC’s work as your own or remove watermark/credit information from any Media.

8. Third-Party Use and Licensing

BYMP LLC may:

  • License the Media for use by third parties (e.g., record labels, platforms, media outlets).

  • Use your name, likeness, and associated performance or quote in conjunction with promotion of related events, services, or products.

You will not hold BYMP LLC liable for third-party use that conforms to this policy.

9. No Defamation or Misrepresentation

BYMP LLC agrees not to use any Media in a way that:

  • Intentionally misrepresents or defames you.

  • Alters your image or voice to create deceptive or misleading narratives.
    Any concern or complaint will be addressed swiftly upon written notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to this Media Release Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Participants agree to resolve disputes exclusively through negotiation or mediation in Pasquotank County, NC.

11. Modifications to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or platform changes. Participants will be notified via email or public posting in advance of significant changes.
